A Meissen (Marcolini) teacup and a Meissen saucer
the teacup painted with a continuous band of merchants and figures beside a harbour, above two concentric iron-red lines, the interior painted in puce with a man standing at the water's edge overlooking the harbour, within a roundel, the saucer painted with merchants at the harbour's edge, gilt-line rims, the teacup with blue crossed swords mark and star and puce mark, the saucer with blue crossed swords mark, and impressed 64, circa 1740 and 1800 (some surface scratches and rubbing to gilding)
