DOMAINE WEINBACH
Run by Colette Faller and her two daughters, this domaine produces some of the most stunning wines of Alsace. The Cuvée Sainte Catherine is named after one of Madame Faller's daughters and is made from grapes harvested around Sainte Catherine's day on the 25th November. The wine comes entirely from the Grand Cru Schlossberg.
