Apple-green in color, depicted mummiform with the arms folded over the chest, holding a hoe in each hand, with a seed basket over the left shoulder, wearing a striated wig and false beard, with nine lines of hieroglyphic text in sunk relief containing the Shabti Spell for "The Inspector, the Osiris, Wah-ib-re-sa-neith, son of Shep-en-bastet"
