Sculpted in sunk relief, depicting an enthroned image of the god Osiris, portrayed mummiform, holding a crook and flail, the remains of two columns of hieroglyphic text above containing in part the epithet, "hereditary prince of the gods," a kneeling man to the right, identified as Tjary, the tomb owner, accompanied by three rows of hieroglyphic text containing elements of his titles and the signs of his name, traces of polychrome visible throughout
