The three-layered stone sculpted with the bust of an emperor in the white layer, possibly a depiction of Septimius Severus from late in his reign, in profile to the left, with a full beard, large nose and heavy brow, a laurel wreath in the brown layer in his curly hair, the mantle also in brown, mounted as a ring in a modern gold setting
