A ROMAN MARBLE FIGURE OF A DIOSKOUROS
Circa 1st-2nd Century A.D.
The youthful god depicted nude but for a chlamys draped over his left shoulder, a wide baldric hanging diagonally over his right shoulder, his head turned to his left, with wavy center-parted locks beneath the conical pilos helmet, lidded convex eyes beneath modelled brows, and slightly parted lips
