The molded overhanging cornice with outset square corners hung with spherules above a rectangular panel depicting a gilt-decorated spreadwinged eagle above the ship battle of the Constitution flanked by gilt allegorical figures of Justice and Liberty over a rectangular glass plate enclosed by a gilded molded frame hung with spherules and outset square corner blocks, label on reverse inscribed "PETER GRINNELL AND SON, Main-Street, PROVIDENCE..."
