In two parts: the upper section with molded swan's neck pediment terminating in carved rosettes centering a reeded shaped plinth surmounted by a gilt-carved scalloped shell above a case fitted with two scalloped panelled cupboard doors opening to an interior fitted with two adjustable shelves over two candleslides; the lower section with a thumbmolded slant-lid opening to an interior fitted with a central prospect door flanked by two short drawers above two valanced pigeonholes and three stacked short drawers, the case fitted with four graduated thumbmolded long drawers over a molded base with gadrooned skirt, on short cabriole legs with ball-and-claw feet, married
