1834 (24 Apr.) letter insert addressed to Sir Francis Freeling (Secretary to the Post Office) from Charles Wynn (M.P. for Montgomeryshire) asking for a petition to be delivered to him without charge, so that he could present it to the Commons, as the one previously sent to him "as it much exceeded the weight allowed by law (it) was charged £3.6.0 I directed it to be returned to the Postman"; light folds and trace of soiling, otherwise fine.
