With the vizier Isimu bringing the bird-man Anzu before the water god Enki/Ea, the bearded god seated on the right, wearing a cap and a long flounced robe, with one arm raised, a stream of water issuing from his shoulders, the two-faced bearded vizier standing before him wearing a creased robe, gripping the rope which binds the hands of the bird-man who has the body of a bird joined to a bearded human head and torso, another bearded god standing to the left in a creased robe, gripping the Anzu's hair, a lunar crescent in the sky, the terminal a three-line inscription in Sumerian cuneiform reading "Lu-dingirra, leather worker, slave born in the temple of Meslamta'e"
