With a bearded deity standing in profile to the left wearing a globe-topped headdress and a long flounced open robe revealing his advanced right leg, a nimbus surrounding his torso with four prongs, his right hand raised, his left hand holding an axe, a standing beardless worshipper before him wearing a long fringed robe and holding his/her right hand out with the palm open, a griffin-demon standing behind each figure, with bird head, wings and human body, an inscription between the deity and the worshipper which was copied by an illiterate engraver and cannot be read in its entirety, "Property of... -ahhe-ishkun," with remnants of the bronze pin in the perforation
