With a bearded Persian king gripping the necks of two rampant winged lion-griffins, both with a lion's head and body, avian hind-legs, a double tail and a pair of outstretched wings, the further wing raised higher than the near wing, the king facing right, wearing a crown, tunic and trousers, with a sword tucked into his belt
