A well engineered and presented electrified gun and ferrous metal model of a single cylinder four pillar table engine,
built by F. Lindemann with cylinder 1in. bore x 3¾in. stroke, draincocks, eccentric, quadrant and rocking lever operated valve with separate steamways, crosshead running in decorative guides supported on pierced frames mounted on the entablature and in turn raised on four tapered 'doric' columns, barrelled connecting rod, wedged big end, braced crank, crosshead and rod driven feed pump and pipes, gear driven governor, linkage and valve, inlet pipework and main stop valve and spoked flywheel. Further details include green and black tiled metal framed floor with handrailings and supported on four turned tapered columns, the engine finished in green, red and highly polished brightwork, the whole mounted on a wood and metal plinth concealing a 240v motor with drive pulley -- 13 x 22in. (33 x 56cm)
