A Victorian mahogany artists' material cabinet, probably by Winsor and Newton
In two parts, the upper part missing ledge back with a pair of glazed hinged panel doors enclosing fitted trays, possibly some later and fitted with trays in the frieze concealed by hinged recessed panels with recessed brass panels, the lower part fitted with two central drawers flanked by similar hinged panels concealing pairs of trays and containing three banks of seven drawers, one of the drawers missing, on a plinth base with panelled sides, a few with the etched engraved drawings of the colours glued into the bottom of some of the drawers and the lower central drawer with metal lining
