the central oval opal, crazed, with rose-cut diamond bezel and green guilloché enamel, old-brilliant-cut diamond and rose-cut diamond surround, with rose-cut diamond pendant loop and opal, diamond and rose-cut diamond drop, the polished gold back with locket insert.
