2 volumes, 12° (161 x 98mm.), half title and engraved frontispiece portrait in volume I, engraved title in each volume, 12 plates (faintly browned throughout, occasional light spotting), contemporary brown morocco, sides with triple gilt border and coat-of-arms of Madame Victoire, daughter of Louis XV, spines lavishly decorated gilt in compartments, red morocco lettering-pieces, gilt edges (some worm damage along joints and at head and tail of spines).
