2° (370 x 250mm.), title printed in red and black within wide historiated woodcut border, ornamental initials, woodcut illustrations, large printer's device on verso of final leaf (title laid down with loss of border at lower corner, upper border chipped with loss, light marginal waterstaining at the beginning, first 4 leaves crudely repaired at outer margins, a few marginal wormholes to index leaves, last 2 leaves repaired with some loss, lightly browned), modern vellum with old vellum covers elaborately decorated in blind laid down (lightly soiled, upper cover scored through).
