Lillie/"Pawnee Bill", checkered hard rubber grips, brown leather two-loop holster, copies of Thrilling Lives of Buffalo Bill and Pawnee Bill, by Frank Winch, Pawnee Bill, by Glenn Shirley, and Pawnee Bill's Historical Wild West and Mexican Hippodrome Official Route Book, Season of 1893.
