Letter reporting on agricultural improvements in the district of Mühlenbeck, including the introduction of cheaper and better feed for sheep and cattle, and proposals for the manufacture of better agricultural implements and for planting "Lupini" in response to the king's desire to test the usefulness of this crop. The writer also proposes to inspect the improvements to the Havel (River) in the area of Ketzien and Brandenburg. With an engraved portrait.
