Fitted with two cut-glass bottles with star-cut bases each with silver neck mounts with short spout, leaf-capped handle and hinged cover with beading and foliage, the cover engraved with a crest, the stand, on four scroll and shell feet with beaded borders, scroll handle, gadrooned circular bottle holders, marked on base of stand
