Oval, on curved pedestal foot pierced with shells, the outcurved sides pierced with a frieze of foliage, scrolls and crosses, with shell and scroll border, the centre chased with a wide band of rocaille, diaperwork and scrolls, and engraved with a coat-of-arms within a scroll, flower and foliage cartouche, the shaped swing handle chased with flowers, shells and a cartouche, with scroll and dolphin's mask supports joined to the body with shell and bead terminals, marked on base
