The circular base chased with shells, foliage and bosses, the stem formed as a hippocamp and palm tree, the plain shell with winged demi-figure and grotesque mask, bird and unicorn horn straps, the winged putto finial pumping a pair of bellows, filling the sails of the detachable cover, marked on base
