perhaps Samuel Alcock, painted with studies of birds within burnished gilt roundels, the borders gilt with six scolling sections, below gilt-line rims, comprising: two high comports, two low comports, and ten shaped plates, imitation Sèvres marks, mid 19th century (some light rubbing to gilding and scratches)
