A famille verte rouleau vase
Kangxi (1662-1722)
with everted rim, painted and gilt with shaped panels of Buddhistic lions in fenced gardens, flowers issuing from rockwork and figures in boats and before retreats in rocky river landscapes, all on a green ground reserved with trailing peony sprays and foliage, the neck with stylised leaves and geometric pattern bands -- 18¼in. (46.5cms) high.
