Purchased by a member of the Parker Jervis family, Meaford Hall, Stone, Staffordshire, England, in Italy circa 1810, and by descent until 1937 when purchased by C.V. Patrick, 55 Waterloo Road, Wolverhampton (according to a label on the reverse of the frame).
