The present works can be compared to the Still Life with a Parrot and to the Still Life with a Rabbit, both in the Walters Art Gallery, Baltimore, Inv. nos. 37.1673 and 37.1674, which can in turn be related to a signed canvas in the Academie der Bildende Kunst, Vienna, Inv. no. 349.
