of rectangular form, the front, overlaid with a sinew sewn and lazy-stitched hide panel beaded in white-heart red, yellow, green, and two shades of blue on a white beaded ground, decorated with geometrical devices, top flap, similarly decorated, the back, with blue, red, and yellow pigments, decorated with vertical bands, bottom edge accented with twisted strands of multi-colored beads and four quilled rawhide pendants terminating in tin cones inserted with red-dyed horsehair
