A PLAINS MAN'S FRINGED HIDE SHIRT AND TROUSERS
the shirt, of usual form with red, green and yellow embroidery, decorated on the collar with five-pointed stars and on the buttoned panel, top pocket, and cuffs with floral designs, hide fringe along the seams and bottom edge; the trousers, of usual form, with button closures, decorated along outside seams with scrolling beaded design in white, pink, and two shades of blue beads, hide fringe, and large brass bells, back pocket with similar beaded designs, loom beaded "belt" attached to top in blue, green, red, and yellow beads against a white beaded ground, decorated with concentric diamonds flanked by forked devices
