Decorated in various coloured enamels and gilding on underglaze blue with a stylised kirin [mythical beasts with a single horn] surrounded by roundels of ho-o birds and mythical beasts on a floral diaper, the exteriors with Chinese dragons, with Chinese mark Dai Min Manreki nensei [made in the Wanli period]
