A DARK GREEN JADEITE VASE AND COVER

The jadeite of rich dark green colour, the vase with animal form handles on either side of the shoulder from which are suspended loose rings, on the domed lid a Buddhist lion seated on a lotus plinth, the body of the vessel carved with a dragon, waves and clouds, the rim of both base and lid decorated with key-fret band.
