modelled as Lord Brougham to commemorate the 1832 Reform, his head forming the neck of the flask, modelled with his hands folded in front of him, holding a scroll inscribed THE/TRUE SPIRIT OF/REFORM, the upper part of the flask enriched in a brown glaze, the lower part in a buff glaze, the reverse with indistinct impressed mark, circa 1832 (chip to base) -- 37cm. high
