Lot Essay

Sold with a book printed to accompany an exhibition of González work at the Galerie Chalette, New York, from October to November 1961. This book was printed in a limited edition of 2000 copies with the first sixteen numbered (I to XVI) being sold with an original drawing from González. The book offered with this work is number XII from the edition.
