Decorated in iron-red, vivid yellow, blue, green and black enamels, with a continuous wide band of butterflies hovering among peonies, chrysanthemums and other flowers and foliage interspersed with walkways and verandas, the shoulder with a formal band in the Chinese manner beneath two enamel bands of yellow and blue, the neck with a band of hanabishi, slight chip to neck rim
