An ivory netsuke of an open shell
19th Century, signed
the slightly open shell carved to the interior depicting a riverscape, with figures crossing bridges and in boats, signature to the underside -- 1¾in. (4.5cm.) wide; an ivory netsuke of a shellfish, carved laying on rockwork -- 1¾in. (4.5cm.) wide; and an ivory netsuke in the form of a group of stacked beans -- 1¾in. (4.5cm.) wide, (minor wear).
