Meiji Period
with flowerhead finial raised on short supports, decorated in gold and silver with flights of cranes migrating by the full moon, and with boats drifting on a river and houses among a mountainous landscape, gold and silver signature tablets, Inoue sei and Muneharu -- 4 3/8in. (11.1cm.) high, (dent to lower body and to finial, rubbing).
