An Arita blue and white dish
19th Century
with shaped rim and short foot, painted with boats before a walled pavilion in a mountainous landscape -- 12¾in. (32.4cm.) diam; a smaller shaped dish with a river landscape scene within a border of wave motifs -- 10¼in. (26cm.) diam; and a Nabeshima-style blue and white dish with a central fruit spray within a band of waves around the rim, the underside with flower sprays above a comb foot -- 8¼in. (21cm.) diam, (some glaze scratching.)
