A LOUIS XV ORMOLU AND PORCELAIN CANDELABRUM
The Meissen porcelain circa 1745, the Continental porcelain flowers French and largely 19th Century
The centre with a Meissen hen, its speckled plumage with dark and light-brown markings, seated on its nest with a chick beneath her wing and another perched on her back, flanked by metal branches applied with porcelain flowers and gilt-metal foliate nozzles, on a pierced scrolling rocaille base
