The shaped rectangular white marble top framed by an ormolu band with pierced gallery, above three panelled graduated drawers between stop-fluted uprights headed by triglyphs, flanked to either side by curved panelled doors enclosing a shelf, on turned tapering legs, stamped 'N. PETIT', previously further mounted, the shelf moved on both sides, largely remounted
