A formal court robe (chi'fu) of blue silk kesi,
woven with nine gilt dragons amongst bats, cranes and further auspicious symbols in a sky of green and blue cloud scrolls, with brightly coloured sea-wave border below, trimmed with borders and cuffs of black silk kesi and lined with sheep skin and rabbit fur, late 19th century, (wear, lower sleeves replaced, rabbit fur probably later)
