A Joseph Holdcroft majolica jardinière and stand
of cylindrical form, moulded with branches of flowering blossom reserved on a basket-weave-moulded ground, on branch-moulded feet, the quatrefoil stand moulded with branches, with pale-blue interior, the jardinière with impressed mark, late 19th century (base of jardinière with a small chip and two small cracks, some staining to the stand and small crack, glaze crazing and surface scratches generally), the jardinière -- 21.5cm. high
