A Charles X carved alabaster striking mantel clock, circa 1830
With classical urn finial, the front of the case carved in high relief with a floral swag and with a caduceus to the plinth, on bun feet, with flowerhead cast bezel to the white enamel Roman chapter ring, the engine-turned ormolu centre signed Pajot [?] a Boulogne, the twin barrel movement with silk suspension and countwheel strike on bell -- 16¼in. (41cm.) high
