The rocket and the bay were used in Thunderbirds comics produced between 1991 and 1993. They were also used on video sleeves, trading cards and other ITC publicity worldwide.

both built by Martin Bower - Thunderbird 1 with resin body and folding wings, painted in silver with blue detailing and red nose cone, with two detached painted brass undercarriage skids --38cm. high (VG); Launch Bay with MDF frame, detailed in plastic and wire --92cm. high, 61cm. wide and 46cm. deep (G-VG, some wire ends loose) (2)
