A Vincennes fluted dish (compotier a cotes) and a Sevres cream jug (pot a lait a trois pieds)
Circa 1750, blue interlaced L mark enclosing a dot; 1760, blue interlaced L mark enclosing H and painter's mark of Evans
The first painted with a pink rose and a blue flower-spray surrounded by further flower-sprays and scattered flowers and foliage (spreading crack from rim to centre with two filled rivet holes, chipping to rim), 8¼ in. (21 cm.) wide; the cream-jug of the smallest size, painted with a bird perched on a tree within a wooded landscape, the branch handle and feet with moulded gilt flower and foliage terminals, beneath a gilt dentil rim (firing crack to rim to left of handle), 3¼ in. (8.4 cm.) high (2)
