A Ferriere la Petite hen-tureen, cover and stand
Circa 1800
Naturally modelled with its head to the left resting on its side, with purple comb and wattle, yellow beak and yellow and black speckled plumage with yellow and puce markings, seated with chicks and eggs at its feet on a shaped oval stand applied with scattered seed within a green feuilles-de-choux border within a yellow and purple moulded rim (stand with two rim chips, crack from rim and minute rim chip, cover with small rim chip, restuck chip to rim and large shallow chip to one side of comb)
