A Berlin part dinner-service
Last quarter of the 18th Century, blue sceptre marks, various Pressnummern and incised marks
Painted with bouquets and scattered flower-sprays below gilt moulded feuilles-de-choux borders divided by foliage scrolls, gilt line rims, comprising:
An oval two-handled soup-tureen, cover and stand, with moulded green branch and gilt berry handles
Two circular two-handled tureens and covers
Two oval double-lipped two-handled sauceboats
A bucket-shaped ice-pail, cover and liner
Four seaux with pink shell and gilt foliage scroll handles (one with star-crack and rim chip)
Three oval serving-dishes, in sizes
Nine circular dishes, in three sizes (two with small rim chips)
Two small quatrefoil dishes
A square dish
Five leaf-shaped dishes in three sizes
Five deep circular dishes (some rubbing to gilt rims)
Twenty soup-plates (three with slight chip to rim)
Fifty-seven dinner-plates (five with rim chips, rubbing to gilding)
