19th century
one depicting two birds perched upon a chestnut branch with entwined flowering branch above a spider in its web, the other with a heron and dragonflies in flight before bamboo and lillies, decorated in stained ivory and gilt, some nashiji detail -- 22in. x 16in. (56cms x 40.6cms), (some wear), framed and glazed.
