Comprising a pair of rifled target pistols, a pair of rifled box-lock pocket pistols, and a dagger, the target pistols with blued octagonal sighted barrels signed in gold, case-hardened patent breeches numbered respectively '1' and '2' in gold and engraved with scrollwork, case-hardened locks and mounts engraved en suite, and ebony half-stocks carved in relief with scrollwork on the fore-ends and with fluted butts, the pocket pistols with twist turn-off barrels, scroll engraved case-hardened actions and folding triggers, and fluted ebony butts, the dagger with fluted blade, fluted ivory handle, iron quillons, and horn scabbard with white metal mounts: in original fitted brass-bound rosewood case lined in plum velvet with full accessories, mostly inlaid with ivory, including horn flask, the exterior inlaid with brass lines and pierced brass panels (lid cracked), the lock inscribed 'Bourdon, 19 rue du Roule à Paris', the pocket pistols with Liège proof
