painted and gilt with a stylised star within a roundel painted with leaves reserved on a pink ground, beneath a border of shaped cartouches painted with stylised flowerheads reserved on a ground of peony, the border painted with panels of flowers and stylised ornament, iron-red mark, circa 1825 (rubbing to gilding and surface scratching to the underside) -- 32cm. diam.
