A late 18th Century English/French prisoner of war bone domino box, circa 1790
The top and bottom have pierced heart and club decorations and the center has additional fluted decorations. The top hinges to the side exposing three bone dice which are resting on a bone slide which when removed exposes a cavity filled with small dominoes
