Tasting note: A magnificent wine, wonderful intensity of colour, glorious depth of nose; sweet, full, rich, plump -ripe flesh, Rubensian- mulberry-like Cabernet Sauvignon taste. But a slightly metallic, very tannic element holding it in check. Still very deep, with '82 thickness of colour, bramble-like nose, spice, alcohol; a huge mouthful, dry, fragrant aftertaste.
